STEPS is an initiative by SUNOIAKIDS Pre School aimed at nurturing future educators working with children aged 2 to 8 years. This comprehensive 6-month program combines both theoretical insights and practical experiences, covering vital topics such as child development, curriculum planning, and preschool management. Participants will engage in 400 hours of coursework, which includes 15 hours of field exposure, 15 hours of assignments, and a 240-hour internship, offering real-world experience in preschool settings.
